West Seattle Performing Arts is dedicated to providing high quality pre-professional and recreational arts training for all ages and levels. Our courses employ contemporary instructional methodologies that foster skill development in a progressive, positive and inclusive environment. Though rigorous, our courses create a learning community that values all members and is based on peer-to-peer respect, collaboration and encouragement. The experience of our learners is intended to be thoroughly enjoyable while each participant cultivates the discipline, expressive skills and behavioral attributes of creative and healthy people everywhere.

 

With over twenty-years experience as a teacher and program director at some of Seattle's most prestigious arts education organizations, founder Christine Juarez is personally involved in every aspect of WSPA. Her hand-picked instructors are among the most experienced and innovative Seattle has to offer. She carefully oversees curriculum development and ensures the incorporation of instructional approaches that are proven to create truly memorable and effective training that meets the highest level of excellence.
